Quality

At Y&J, each cylinder and part we make will pass strict inspection before shipping out.
Our experienced quality assurance team is staffed with professional engineers. They are playing an important role in the quality system, quality planning and control plans. From raw material to final delivery, our quality control engineers are closely involved in the material, dimension, and NDT testing in accordance with international standards.
We care about the traceability of each cylinder and cylinder part. Material certificates and inspection reports are kept on file for at least three years. In case quality problems arise, we can rapidly track down the root cause and perform correction action.

CMM Inspection

Coordinate Measuring Machine is a robot capable of inspecting and recording dimensional size, location, and alignment. Typical CMM machines probe along three axis of motion, touching points for the construction of geometric form, fit, and function. At Y&J, CMM is widely used to inspect the dimension of hydraulic cylinder parts.

Elongation Test

The elongation test is widely used to check the mechanical performance of cylinder parts.

Surface Finish Test

At Y&J, the most common method we use to measure surface finish is Ra.

Salt Spray Test

Salt spray test is a conventional standardized test method used to check corrosion resistance of hydraulic cylinder piston rod coating and other spare parts.

Leakage Test

The conventional way of testing the integrity of the piston seal in a double-acting cylinder is to pressurize the cylinder at the end of the stroke and measure any leakage past the seal.

Endurance Test

The endurance test primarily evaluates the static seal performance of the cylinder. It also provides fatigue testing of the body and other mechanical components.
